MGM Resorts, a global hospitality leader with 31 properties, was buried in technical and design debt. Across 20 brands and thousands of screens, every product felt disconnected.

I partnered with other designers, product, and engineering teams to build the Vega Design System: a fully tokenized, atomic foundation covering UI, motion, content, and illustration. We shipped 100+ React and Flutter components, all documented in Zeroheight for easy adoption and real-time syncing.

I also ran weekly office hours to mentor junior designers and drive hands-on adoption across commerce teams.

Since Vega’s launch in 2023, MGM Resorts revenue has climbed 23% to $16.16 billion.

Hagerty Classic Car Insurance’s web tools were due for a tune-up. With a non-responsive site, members relied on calling their agents for routine requests.

I partnered with insurance domain experts, conducting member interviews with UserZoom to understand the primary drivers of service calls. Based on our findings, I designed for key web app features including document access, claims, policy management, and payments.

We more than doubled our target goal of a 5% increase in online payments, significantly reduced call volume, and helped Hagerty debut as a publicly traded company.

Cochran, Inc. needed a better way to highlight its 70-year legacy of electrical engineering and showcase its capabilities as a modern and people-centric company to attract new clients.

I synced with the branding agency Duft Watterson and videographers Sligo Studios to refresh their website, bringing their new visual identity and featured projects to the forefront. Partnering with engineers, we organized their assets into a DAM and structured content within the headless CMS Strapi.

Since launch, the Cochran site has doubled the number of active users YoY and led to securing new service clients.
